Congratulating the new Commissioner, Speaker Wetangโ€™ula welcomed Senator Wamatinga and emphasized the collaborative nature of the Commission.

In his acceptance speech, Senator Wamatinga expressed gratitude to both Houses of Parliament for unanimously approving his appointment. He also thanked the Commission Chairperson and the Commissioners for their support throughout the process.

โ€œMy commitment to my fellow Commissioners is that I will bring the teamwork spirit because Iโ€™m a flexible person, prepared to listen and learn.
