Public Participation conclude in Kajiado County

𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 

The Public Participation exercise that commenced yesterday has come to an end this evening. 

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨-𝐝𝐚𝐲 intense public engagement was geared towards receiving public views on the impeachment motion of the Deputy President, Hon. Rigathi Gachagua.

Residents from all five constituencies of Kajiado County including Kajiado West, Kajiado North, Kajiado Central, Kajiado East, and Kajiado South turned out in large numbers to participate in the public engagement which included submitting questionnaires and giving views on the proposed impeachment motion. 

Hon. Rigathi Gachagua is scheduled to appear before the National Assembly Plenary on Tuesday, 8th October 2024, to defend himself regarding the special motion.
