A Bill for an Act of Parliament to amend the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, 2013

Enacted by the Parliament of Kenya, as follows-

1. This Act may be cited as the Wildlife Conservation and management (Amendment) Act, 2013
2. The Third Schedule to the Wildlife Conservation and Management Act, 2013 is amended in Part A by inserting the following new words immediately after the word “Shark, Stone fish, Whale, Sting ray”
