The Cancer Prevention and Control (Amendment) (No.2) Bill, 2022
A Bill for an Act of Parliament to amend the Cancer Prevention and Control Act, and for connected purposes-
Enacted by the parliament of Kenya, as follows-
- This Act may be cited as the Cancer Prevention and Control (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 2022.
- The Cancer Prevention and Control Act in this Act referred to as “Principal Act” is amended in section 2 by inserting the following new definitions in proper alphabetical order-
